Free Flu shots at Sullivan County Regional Health Department. Both locations will be giving flu shots from 9am-4pm on October 15th. No insurance required.
If you are a minor, you must be accompanied by a legal guardian in order to receive your vaccine. Must have paperwork stating legal guardian can give consent.
