Empowering Pregnant Women to Quit Smoking and Vaping

Live Free, Freedom From Nicotine

Our goal is to reduce tobacco/vape use and improve the health of pregnant moms and their pre-born children. Live Free is an evidence-informed, tele-based program designed to empower pregnant women to quit using tobacco or vape for good.

Program Details

We partner with pregnant women to help them quit using nicotine. We’ll set up monthly phone appointments throughout the pregnancy and even up to 4 months postpartum to equip and empower you to quit. Throughout the program you have the opportunity to earn much needed baby care products. These include things like a diaper bag, baby monitor, health and grooming kit for baby, feeding seat, and more.

Qualifications for Enrollment

We are dedicated to individual and family public health and wellness in Sullivan County. To qualify for this program you must Pregnant (36 weeks or less) and be one of the following:

  • Currently using a form of tobacco/vape
  • Recently quit using a form of tobacco/vape
  • Quit any form of tobacco/vape up to 4 months prior to becoming pregnant
